*Job Description:*

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back End Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure back-end systems and APIs.- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Implement data storage solutions and ensure efficient database performance.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3-4 years of professional experience in back-end development.Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, or C#.Experience with back-end frameworks and libraries such as Express, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET.Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL), including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.Familiarity with server management and deployment using tools like Nginx, Apache, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architecture.Understanding of version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.Understanding of authentication and security protocols like OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS.Experience with testing and debugging tools and techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
