Job Title: HR AssociateLocation: BPTP Centra one, Sec 61, GurugramCompany: IMWOW PRIVATE LIMITEDRole Overview:The HR Associate will manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & HiringManaging open positions and hiring trackerCandidate sourcing, screening, and interview schedulingCoordinating freelance and full-time hiring processes2. Employee Onboarding & OffboardingConducting onboarding meetings and documentationCreating official email IDs, distributing welcome kits, and ordering lunch for new joinersHandling exits formalities, full & final settlements, and access card recovery3. Attendance & Employee Records ManagementDaily attendance marking and leave trackingUpdating HR master sheets and maintaining employee recordsBackground verification for new joiners4. Employee Engagement & Workplace AdministrationBirthday & work anniversary acknowledgments and emailsScheduling team-building activities and HR-related eventsBooking meeting rooms and ensuring office supplies are stocked5. HR Policies & ComplianceUpdating HR handbooks, policies, and government-mandated guidelinesManaging workplace health and safety policiesPerformance analysis policy updates and report generation6. Employee Relations & SupportHandling employee concerns and workplace grievancesConducting training & development sessionsCoordinating with external vendors (co-working spaces, insurance providers, etc.)7. Miscellaneous HR & Admin TasksOrdering and managing company merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, bottles, etc.)Facilitating IT/software access for employeesAssisting in salary processing and beneficiary additionsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's in HR or a related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in HRMS tools and MS OfficePrior experience in HR operations is a plusJoin us in building a dynamic and health-focused workplace at IMWOW PRIVATE LIMITED
