Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment for workers, supervisors, and staff across construction sites.
- Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee documentation.
- Maintain site-wise manpower status reports.
- Attendance & Site HR
- Maintain daily attendance registers and coordinate with site engineers.
- Monitor biometric/manual attendance systems.
- Assist in preparing wage registers and contractor attendance.
- Compliance & Labour Records
- Ensure maintenance of statutory registers.
- Assist in ESIC/PF enrollment and compliance documentation.
- Support labour inspector visits and audit preparations.
- Employee Engagement
- Address labour issues and support worker grievance redressal.
- Conduct basic orientation and safety awareness sessions.
- Coordinate uniform distribution, ID card issuance, and logistics.

- Payroll Coordination
- Compile monthly attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
- Maintain leave and overtime records.

- Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW preferred
- Experience: 2 to 3 years (Preferably in construction or manufacturing industry)

- Key Skills Required:
- Site-level HR coordination
- Attendance & wage register handling
- Labour compliance basics (ESIC, PF, CLRA, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
