Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. The HR Executive will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and maintaining employee records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of job applicants and candidate information.
- Help with the creation and management of recruitment campaigns.
Onboarding and Employee Orientation:
- Assist with new employee orientation programs.
- Prepare and maintain employee onboarding materials.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, tax forms, etc.) is completed during the hiring process.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and physical.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies regarding employee data.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Help track employee leave balances (vacation, sick days, etc.).
- Maintain benefits and leave records for accurate reporting and compliance.
Performance Management Support:
- Help coordinate performance review cycles and track employee performance data.
- Assist in the implementation of employee development plans and training programs.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist with organizing employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate surveys to gather employee feedback and assist in implementing action plans based on results.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with audits and HR reporting requirements.
- Help ensure proper documentation and follow-up on employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain HR-related files and documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
