Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You would be:

Working in a state-of-the-art contact center, as part of a dynamic customer support team.Handle changes, cancellations, and customer queries efficiently.Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on positive outcomes.Work in rotational shifts 24*7 (including night shift).Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers.

Requirements :

At least one year of experience in a call center or BPO environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.Minimum of High School Certificate (HSC) pass.Well-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.Competent quantitative skills with good calculation abilities.Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
