Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and memorable. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to clients on travel destinations, activities, and itineraries
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to travel bookings
  • Stay updated with travel industry trends and developments to provide current and relevant information to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
  • Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure the best possible travel options for clients
  • Offer excellent customer service, addressing clients' needs and preferences with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage travel budgets and expenses effectively
  • Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options
  • Upsell additional travel products and services to enhance clients' travel experiences
