Senior Executive

- Salary up to RM6.5k.
- Supervise the complete sales process for consumers' financing and insurance alternatives.
- To collaborate closely with banks and other financial establishments to get funding for clients.
- To keep an eye on how quickly F&I from the panels penetrates other areas.
- To monitor client retention rates, particularly when it comes to insurance renewals, as well as penetration rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus point.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards related to automotive financing and insurance.
- Experience specifically within the automotive industry or working with automotive financing and insurance products is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of and adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to automotive financing and insurance.
- Strong financial analysis skills to assess creditworthiness, evaluate financial statements, and determine appropriate financing terms.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers, address inquiries, and guide them through financing and insurance processes.
- Sales and negotiation skills to sell financing effectively and insurance products to customers.
- Ability to customize financing and insurance packages to meet individual customer needs.
- Commitment to ethical business practices, especially when dealing with sensitive financial and personal information.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial calculations and documentation.
- Familiarity with financial software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant tools.
- Collaboration with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to financing and insurance processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus point. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English. 4 years and above of progressive experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data. Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to upper management. Collaborative approach to working with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts. Experience in organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Experience in developing and managing budgets for the sales department. Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and standards governing automotive sales.
