Senior Manager: Enterprise Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with enterprises, corporates, and recruitment agencies. In this role, you will drive collaborations that enhance placement opportunities for students and professionals, aligning with the institution’s/organization's goals. You will play a pivotal role in scaling business growth, ensuring employer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to onboard companies and employers for placements and internships.- Identify target industries, sectors, and businesses to build a robust recruitment partner network.- Drive lead generation, pitch presentations, negotiations, and closures for partnerships.
Partnership Development
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in organizations (CTOs, Hiring Managers, etc.).- Collaborate with companies to identify workforce needs and customize solutions for talent acquisition.- Facilitate placement agreements, corporate MoUs, and long-term partnerships with organizations, Helping with the corporate Alliances.
Revenue and Business Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue generation from corporate partnerships.- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing partnerships.- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and profitability.
Placement Enablement
- Work closely with the placement team to match student profiles with employer requirements.- Organize employer branding initiatives like career fairs, hiring events, and company visits.- Ensure smooth coordination between corporates and placement teams for recruitment drives.
Market Intelligence and Networking
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor strategies in EdTech and higher education.- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.- Collect employer feedback and insights to refine service offerings.
Requirements :-
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment.-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B partnerships, or placements.- Strong understanding of EdTech, higher education, and recruitment ecosystems.- Proven track record of building industry connections and achieving placement targets.- Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
