To learn more about us, please visit What We're Looking For: Strong Interest in Sales: You’re enthusiastic about generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting client acquisition. Understanding of the Industry: Basic knowledge of marketing, digital media, and video production workflows is preferred. Good Communication Skills: You can interact confidently over calls, emails, and social media. Quick Learner: You understand client needs, pitch services effectively, and adapt quickly. Organized & Detail-Driven: You can manage multiple leads, update trackers, and follow structured workflows. Team-Oriented: You coordinate smoothly with internal teams and assist in taking deals from pitch to execution. Growth Mindset: You’re looking to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in business development. Understanding AI: Keen interest in using AI in processes to make work faster and more efficient. Key Responsibilities: Conduct basic market research to identify potential client segments. Assist in managing inbound and outbound leads. Support outbound sales activities using curated databases. Pitch agency services through emails, calls, and DMs using well-prepared decks and scripts. Set up meetings with prospective clients for senior BD members. Maintain and update lead and client data using CRM tools and spreadsheets. Coordinate with creative and production teams for proposals and follow-ups. Track lead progress, conversions, and weekly performance metrics. Stay informed about digital marketing and video content trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Masters in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development  Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Prior agency experience is a bonus. Analytical thinking with the ability to identify and understand client needs. Basic understanding of social media marketing and video content is preferred. Positive attitude, good listening skills, and eagerness to learn.
