We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in preparing and writing proposals for online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. The ideal candidate i.e. Business Development Executive should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the bidding process, and the ability to write compelling proposals that can be convert into projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write customized and persuasive proposals for potential clients on Bidding platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Maintain and manage bidding profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer etc.
  • Track submitted proposals and follow up with clients as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the technical/content teams to gather project insights for better proposals.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by optimizing proposal strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Business Development Executive /bidder or in freelance proposal writing.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Ability to understand client briefs and technical requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
