We're Hiring – Google & Meta Ads Manager
Location: Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi
Experience: 3-6 years
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Google & Meta Ads Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms to achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage high-performing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Manage budgets efficiently to meet business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Experience in lead generation, eCommerce, branding, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Pixel, UTM parameters, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
- Experience in working with digital marketing agency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
