Business Development Executive (BDE) (On-Site) Experience: 5+ Years CTC: 40,000 – 60,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in international and domestic markets for IT services and ERP solutions. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions, focusing on Odoo ERP when applicable. Conduct market research, generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Arrange and lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients. Maintain and update CRM records regularly, ensuring lead stages and pipelines are tracked. Coordinate with internal functional and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and conferences (if applicable). Required Skills: 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT/ERP domain. Strong understanding of IT services including ERP, CRM, custom software development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up.
