About the Role:
EduNirvana is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist with a strong interest and experience in counseling to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional HR responsibilities with a focus on student and employee counseling. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent management and thrives in guiding students and team members toward achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a motivated and skilled team.
Design and implement HR policies to align with organizational goals and employee needs.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Drive employee engagement through development programs, performance reviews, and well-being initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records through HRMS tools.
Facilitate one-on-one sessions to address employee or student concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
Conduct training sessions on soft skills, workplace ethics, and personal growth.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Proven experience in HR functions, with additional experience in career or academic counseling.
Strong understanding of HRMS tools and employee engagement techniques.
Knowledge of global education systems, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities is a plus.
