About the Role:
EduNirvana is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist with a strong interest and experience in counseling to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional HR responsibilities with a focus on student and employee counseling. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent management and thrives in guiding students and team members toward achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Design and implement HR policies to align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement through development programs, performance reviews, and well-being initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records through HRMS tools.
- Facilitate one-on-one sessions to address employee or student concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
- Conduct training sessions on soft skills, workplace ethics, and personal growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, with additional experience in career or academic counseling.
- Strong understanding of HRMS tools and employee engagement techniques.
- Knowledge of global education systems, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities is a plus.
