Responsibilities

Knowledge of End-to-End business process with regard to SAP ApplicationUnderstand the SAP Applications solution design from a functional and technical perspectiveWork with the SAP Architects to support the current solution design and future enhancement of the solution to meet business requirements.Work closely with business / functional / technical / project teamsProduction Issue resolution - provide an effective interface between users and service providers working with all necessary diagnostic information.Monitor ITIL SLA’s, project timelines, workload distribution etc. to ensure an effective SAP environmentDefine application technical / business requirements with end-users in coordination with the development, functional and security teams.Recommend solution modifications, configurations, and processesCreate test plans for applications developed and write supporting documentation where required

Profile required

SAP Application Specialist for SAP Finance, SAP Insurance, SAP Procurement ModulesKnowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 Hana beneficialStrong SAP ECC and S/4 Hana Applications experience from blueprint to go live including design and configurationReview and provide solutions for new business change requests.Detailed understanding and experience with the S/4 Hana technology, landscapes and any related interdependenciesDeveloping software specifications in conjunction with business users and Business Analysts to resolve the request / problem in question.Provide recommendations on how to implement IT related change projects (release to live and post-production), specifically applications supported by the role.Support the system and User Acceptance Test Phases for problems and small changes.Support the Architecture team in designing applications, specific to the application supported by the individual.
