Role Overview

As a Sales Partnerships Associate , you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
2. Partnership Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
  • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
3. GTM & Revenue Strategy
  • Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance Kaam.com's offerings.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships
  • Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
