Our client list is diverse including large corporates like Makemytrip, PWC, NIIT, Government of India, Oxford Policy Management, Jamboree to startups like Kamal Kisan, Boxpfa, ZooFresh and others in interesting domains.


The Founder’s Office is a cross-functional unit within the organization, working closely with the founders to develop company initiatives and drive organizational capability. As the company grows, this role becomes essential in ensuring timely support for various dynamic activities.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Operational Excellence : Manage administrative tasks, research on new projects to aid smart decision making, schedule meetings, and facilitate effective communication across the organization.
  • Organizational Capability: Drive organizational effectiveness by anchoring quarterly review discussions across teams, managing administrative task for managing teams, planning overall policies, and ensuring efficient communication.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortably analyze data, work with spreadsheets, and contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Influence and Consensus Building: Leverage strong business partnering skills to collaborate and influence without formal authority.
  • Product Launch : Work with founders and team to research and assist in the launch of a new product platform.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Masters/Bachelors from a reputed college.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Consensus-building skills
  • Research and analytical proficiency


Job Type: Internship with potential for a full time placement offer
