The company focuses on creating impactful, attention-seeking, and revenue-generating designs to help clients connect with their audience and stand out in the market. Litmus offers a range of services including Corporate Communication, User Interface and User Experience, Print Design, Service Design, and Technology solutions.


Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at Litmus Ink in Gurugram. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for projects related to publishing, branding, packaging, UX-UI, infographics and other projects related to developing visual stories of communication. The role will involve working closely with the design team to deliver high-quality visual content.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building highly visual and communicative research based designs for digital and print medium
  • Frequent client interactions should be expected
  • Expected to lead teams and deliver on projects
  • Expected to evolve UI/UX skills, if not already developed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Proven track record in working in similar profiles for established organizations
  • Strong creative and conceptual abilities. Should be excellent at visualization and creating fine designs/illustrations for digital and print medium.
  • Must be adept at using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Indesign would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of UI/UX and software like figma, Adobe XD would be valued.
  • Must be able to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
