This is a full-time on site role as a Business Analyst with Soulverse. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting extensive analysis of business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement, developing solutions, and implementing changes.
Game-changers:
1-2 years of experience in the blockchain or decentralized technology industry, with a focus on self-sovereign identity (SSI).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
BA skills are listed below. What we look for is exceptional skill to transfer knowledge and analysis to workflows and design, with great attention to detail.
Responsible and possess a friendly attitude to work with cross-functional teams to nurture a positive work environment that delivers cutting-edge solutions.
BA Skills:
Total 2 years of relevant experience.
Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to gather and document business requirements
Experience in identifying areas for process improvement
Knowledge of industry best practices in business analysis
Experience in implementing process changes and evaluating their impact
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must to have:
1-2 years of experience in the blockchain or decentralized technology industry.
