The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and gather requirements.
Document business requirements and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate process changes.
What We're Looking For
2 years in business analysis, ideally with 1-2 years in the blockchain or decentralized tech industry (especially in self-sovereign identity).
Strong analytical, business process, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Friendly, responsible attitude and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
