We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on-site in Dehradun. The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving impactful solutions in the blockchain and decentralized technology space.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and gather requirements.
Document business requirements and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate process changes.

What We're Looking For
2 years in business analysis, ideally with 1-2 years in the blockchain or decentralized tech industry (especially in self-sovereign identity).
Strong analytical, business process, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Friendly, responsible attitude and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
Knowledge of blockchain or decentralized technologies.
Experience implementing and evaluating process changes.
