Job Summary :
As a Sr. Executive – Internal Audit, you will play a critical role in contributing to Third Wave Coffee's success by managing efforts to reduce company losses and protect our employees, assets, and inventory. You will develop and implement programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage the Store Safety and Security Services team, and collaborate with operations management to ensure partner security, thereby enhancing profitability by preventing or minimizing loss of assets and inventory.

Responsibilities:
Loss Prevention: Develop and manage strategies to reduce company losses and protect employees, assets, and inventory.
Program Development: Create and implement programs and SOPs to improve store safety and security services.
Team Management: Lead and oversee the Store Safety and Security Services team and its activities.
Operational Support: Partner with and support operations management to ensure partner security.
Risk Management: Assist in developing operational plans for the risk work group, manage execution, and measure results.
Auditing: Conduct various internal audits (store audits, surprise audits, cash audits) to analyse financial and non-financial trends and identify exceptions.
Reporting: Consolidate reports, identify deviations, and communicate findings to higher management.
Control Gap Identification: Prepare SOPs, identify control gaps, and work on closing these gaps.
Fraud Investigation: Conduct fraud investigations and transaction reviews using various techniques, verify findings through surveillance, and confirm results.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in QSR and Internal Audit with a strong background in Control Audit.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in assembling and consolidating reports and identifying deviations for higher-level reporting.
Skilled in preparing SOPs, identifying control gaps, and implementing solutions.
Exposure to fraud investigation and transaction review techniques, with the ability to confirm findings through surveillance.
