Founded in 2017, ON PURPOSE exists to use the power of communications to drive social change in India. We work with clients and organizations across 5 broad areas: Climate Action, Public Health, Education, Gender, and Tech4Good.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design visually compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, marketing collateral, and presentations.
2. Develop motion graphics and short videos that enhance storytelling and boost engagement.
3. Edit and adapt multimedia content (graphics, video, GIFs, reels) to fit different platforms and audiences.
4. Assist in planning and executing event-related design deliverables — from invites to on-ground digital assets.
5. Bring fresh, experimental design ideas into brainstorming sessions, while keeping brand guidelines in check.
6. Stay updated with design and digital trends to push creative boundaries.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.

Who can apply

• are available for a duration of 2-3 months
• have relevant skills and interests in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics

Qualifications

• Skills in Multimedia, Video Production, and Graphics are essential
• Ability to collaborate with team members and translate ideas into compelling visual content
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment
• Relevant experience or academic background in visual communications, design, or a related field is a plus
