About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Team Lead (Designing) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in design tools, have strong visual storytelling skills, and be capable of guiding a design team to deliver high-quality outputs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Team Lead in managing day-to-day design operations and project execution.

Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Collaborate with the marketing, development, and event teams to create impactful designs.

Conceptualize and execute creative designs for social media, websites, events, branding, and campaigns.

Review, refine, and approve designs before final delivery.

Ensure design consistency and brand guidelines across all platforms.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Support the team in video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia projects when required.

Required Skills

Design Software Expertise:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

CorelDRAW

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Team Management & Leadership Skills:

Ability to guide and motivate a creative team.

Task allocation and performance monitoring.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design with team handling exposure.

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative design and multimedia work.
