Job Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time position based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate Om Sai Global HR Services' brand identity and values effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and design creative graphics and layouts for print and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging visual content for promotional campaigns.
  • Create and edit images, using software tools, to produce high-quality deliverables for various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of design strategies that drive engagement and enhance brand loyalty across all platforms.
  • Deliver art projects from the initial concept through to final execution, including iterations based on feedback.
  • Ensure all design work meets the brief's requirements and comply with company standards and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to continually bring innovative ideas for creative content.
  • Support and work under the direction of senior designers and team leads to refine and execute design ideas.


Qualifications and Skills:-

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with the ability to retouch images and create detailed graphics with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics and illustrations with precision and creativity.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign for designing flyers, brochures, and print-ready files ensuring high-quality digital outputs.
  • Familiarity with Sketch for crafting user-centric designs and collaborative workflows, enhancing user interface layouts.
  • Understanding of typography principles to ensure readability and to create visually attractive text-based designs.
  • Knowledge in user interface design focused on user-friendly graphics that effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Competence in branding design to enhance and maintain consistent brand identity through various media and applications.
