Position : Back-End Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Experience & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of software development experience with a focus on back-end development.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams, with at least one year in a team leader role.

- Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.

- Expertise in back-end application design, software development, and automated testing.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think abstractly and strategically.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business capabilities through innovative backend solutions.

- High energy and enthusiasm for learning new technologies quickly.

- Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Data-Centric Application Design, Event-Driven Systems, and tools like Kafka and Stream Processing Systems.

- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Understanding of firewalls, networking, and security practices.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS is a plus
