Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Worksoft Certify Automation Engineer to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in test automation using Worksoft Certify, with proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell.

- This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.

- The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality test automation solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.

- Develop custom scripts using VBScript or PowerShell to enhance test automation capabilities.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of test automation frameworks and optimize scripts for maximum efficiency and coverage.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business analysts to gather and analyze testing requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and automated test scripts.

Test Execution and Reporting :

- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.

- Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Track and report on test automation coverage and effectiveness.

Maintenance and Support :

- Maintain and update existing automated test scripts to accommodate changes in the application.

- Provide support for test automation tools and frameworks, ensuring their effective usage.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Maintain detailed documentation of test scripts, configurations, and processes.

- Adhere to and promote best practices in test automation, including code reviews and continuous integration.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on test automation progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in test automation with a focus on Worksoft Certify.

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Worksoft Certify for test automation.

- Extensive experience with scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
