Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.
  • Develop custom scripts using VBScript or PowerShell to enhance test automation capabilities.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of test automation frameworks and optimize scripts for maximum efficiency and coverage.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

  • Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business analysts to gather and analyze testing requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and automated test scripts.

Test Execution and Reporting :

  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
  • Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Track and report on test automation coverage and effectiveness.

Maintenance and Support :

  • Maintain and update existing automated test scripts to accommodate changes in the application.
  • Provide support for test automation tools and frameworks, ensuring their effective usage.

Documentation and Best Practices :

  • Maintain detailed documentation of test scripts, configurations, and processes.
  • Adhere to and promote best practices in test automation, including code reviews and continuous integration.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and highquality releases.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on test automation progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications :

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

  • 4 to 8 years of handson experience in test automation with a focus on Worksoft Certify.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Worksoft Certify for test automation.
  • Extensive experience with scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
