We arelooking for an SAP Test Manager

You’ll make adifference by:

Qualifications:

Bachelor and/or Higher in Business,Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Strong leadership and coordinationskills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAPprojects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality. Experience in SAP testing across Agileprojects. Hands on experience with a broad rangeof Test Management and Test Automation tools such as SAP Solution Manager,Worksoft Certify. Communication and collaborationskills, accustomed to working closely with all the E2E product owners toestablish and maintain robust professional relationships. Committed to continuous learning anddevelopment, with a passion for integrating new technologies and innovativemethods to optimize Test Management.

Core Skills and Experience:

At least 8-12 years of experience inSAP Test Management with having good knowledge of SAP Business processes e.g.Lead to Cash, Design to Operate, Procure to Pay and Record to Report. Able to develop a comprehensive teststrategy and test plan. This includes defining test objectives, scope,resources, and timelines. Test Managers need to create a clear roadmap for thetesting process. Assemble and consult the team oftesters in each increment. (Agile Methodology) Collaborating with Scrum Masters,Product Owners for each E2E processes to understand project requirements anddesign effective test cases and test scenarios. These should cover functional,non-functional, and regression testing. Oversee and support the execution oftest cases. Monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure that testing isconducted according to the plan that may involve manual testing, automatedtesting, or a combination of both. Evaluate the feasibility of testautomation through Worksoft Certify tool and, if applicable, lead efforts toautomate repetitive and critical test cases. Maintain detailed documentation oftest plans, test cases, test results, and any other relevant testing artifactsin Solman. Identify and assess risks related tothe testing process and work with stakeholders to mitigate these risks. Thisincludes planning for contingencies in case of unexpected issues. Work closelytogether with the responsible defect managers in the program. Continuously assess and improve thetesting process. This may involve adopting new testing tools, methodologies, orbest practices. Bilingual German would be a plus.

Having worked of a large-scale S/4HANA Implementation especially for SAP Test Manager role. Strong communication skills andability to connect with people from different Functions, Businesses, and teams. Comfortable and experienced in workingwith Cross Cultural teams, regions and countries. Proactiveness in terms of analysis ofbusiness needs, problem solving, and delivery of solutions is highlyappreciated.
