Overview

1 - Worksoft developer, 1 - Worksoft Analyst

Worksoft automation analyst:
The test automation analyst is the specialist who:
o Defines the automation strategy.
o Identifies the new areas that could be automated, with digital functional owners.
o Follows with project managers the automation to set for new solutions / new
evolutions.
o Defines and applies rules in terms of security / compliance / confidence of data and
accesses on the different solutions, especially HR data.
o Manages analytics on automation.
o Defines and reports KPIs, especially the value generated.
o Manages the RUN of the Worksoft certify environment (Certify solution, Business
Capture on PCs, CTM agents running on virtual servers) and its maintenance: yearly
update, lifecycle, end of support and upgrades.
o Handles the relationship with the editor Worksoft, manages opened tickets.

Worksoft automation developer:
The test automation developer:
o Has significant experience on development on test automation tools. Skills / Trainings
/ Certifications on Worksoft Certify is a plus.
o Works closely with the test automation analyst on new automation to setup.
RFP TEST FACTORY – Instructions & conditions
o Applies best practices in terms of automation/developments/security: variables,
sustainability.
o Gets its automation validated by stakeholders.
o Follows the “go-live” of tests automation developed.
o Performs debug in case of failure (incident management).
o KPIs/SLAs to be proposed. Examples:
Time to give an estimate: 2 days
Delivery in time: 80%
Quality: 80% of scripts developed without failure during testing phase
o Works on continuous improvement on tests automated.
