Concur Support Admin-UK shiftThis role is to provide complete Concur Administrative and User support to all WBA users of Concur, WBA’s Travel & Expense system. This role will be the primary USA support person working in the Global Genpact Travel and Expense Center of Excellence (TECOE) team. The TECOE team are responsible for the ensuring that the system is fully operational, ensuring all finance integrations are working as well as helping users with Concur or Credit Card queries. This role will also provide cover other systems including Blackline and Kyriba as needed within the larger team.Skills Required

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or IT3+ years of Experience required in a T&E profile with experience in Concur AdministrationAttention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracyCustomer focused with excellent oral and written communication skills with users at all levels as well as external partiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of proactively thinking and investigating solutions in Concur without supervisionStrong organizational skillsAbility to multitask effectively and be able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience working across multiple time zones, cultures, and languagesCustomer service experience; managing queries and dealing with people at all levels internally and externallyTechnical background, awareness of PTP and RTR processesAgile team member willing to learn other systems, processes and develop new skillsWillingness to coach, share knowledge and expertise with team members across towers and other business units
