This is a full-time junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves engaging with clients and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and support the expansion of our market presence. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle (Mandatory skill). Experience in outbound calling for direct engagement with potential customers to discuss product offerings and services (Mandatory skill). Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and develop long-term collaborations (Mandatory skill). Knowledge of using Salesforce for streamlining sales processes and increasing productivity. Familiarity with effective lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and drive sales. Skilled in cold calling to engage and initiate conversations with prospective customers effectively. Ability to handle objections diplomatically to overcome any barriers to successfully acquire clients. Excellent persuasive communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and close sales. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our premium product offerings. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software to track all call activities, customer interactions, and sales progress effectively. Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized solutions to meet client expectations. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company by expanding the customer base. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and meeting objectives. Continuously update knowledge of new products, market trends, and industry developments to stay ahead in a competitive market. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competition, and potential for new products and services.
