Arcesium is looking for a Senior Specialist in Administration for their Gurgaon office. What you’ll do: Ability to independently lead, supervise and guide day-to-day administrative tasks specific to the area for which hired. Experience in Thorough Knowledge on Technical Services & Engineering Maintenance of a IT office in multi-tenant buildings, on Utilities, knowledge on BMS, Awareness on HVAC/ Lighting/ IAQ/ Repair & Maintenance Experience in AMC’s, Access Cards, Projects, Employee ground Transportation. You will be responsible for all security staff in terms of attendance monitoring, deployment, training, R&R, operational quality control, grooming, task completion/planning including PM/5S, workplace behaviour etc. You will also be responsible for Inventory management across ordering, stock control, shelf-life control, placement & distribution, billing and invoices & Onboarding, audits and relationship management with vendors. What you’ll need: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Graduation or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics). Preferrable experience in people management, especially in vendor sourced/operational level staff. Willingness to travel to our Bangalore/Hyderabad offices basis requirement.
