Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that effectively communicate the value of our KPO services.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales tactics and strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to attract and engage potential clients.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum: At least 2 years of experience in a International sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the KPO industry’s specific needs, challenges, and opportunities is crucial.
