  • Managing and processing the organization's payroll, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Generating and distributing payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, including tax laws, labour laws, and employment standards.
  • Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
  • Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
  • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
  • Ensure Monthly payroll provisions for Finance
  • Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision-making
  • Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
  • Proven working experience as a Payroll Executive
  • Should have taxation experience
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and Payroll Software and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
  • Must have taxation experience.
  • Should have an HR Degree.
