Position: HR Executive

Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat


Introduction: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will have 3.5 to 4 years of experience in HR management, showcasing a deep understanding of HR processes and policies. This role is vital in ensuring our workforce is well-managed, motivated, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities: As an HR Executive at R.P.L Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring effective HR management and employee satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Administering employee benefits and payroll.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Handling employee relations and addressing any issues or grievances.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong HR management skills and practical experience in HR functions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
