We’re Hiring Assistant Manager (or Manager) - Growth and Partnerships at LegalPay (Focused on Personal Loans and Strategic Partnerships)


At LegalPay, we are redefining the fintech landscape, particularly in the personal loans sector, and we’re looking for a skilled B2B Sales and Partnerships professional to join us.

If you excel at prospecting new partnerships, closing high-impact deals, and fostering long-term relationships within the lending space, this role is for you


About the Role:


You will play a key role in building partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders across India. Working alongside a fast-growing team, you will help launch and scale a product that’s set to transform personal lending.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development : Identify, engage, and form strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders to drive the growth of our personal loans product.
  • Lead Deal Negotiations : Take charge of deal structuring and closure, ensuring mutual value for both LegalPay and our partners.
  • Relationship Management : Foster and manage long-term relationships with lending institutions, ensuring ongoing success and collaboration.
  • Market Expansion : Onboard new partners and explore untapped opportunities to expand our product’s reach in the personal lending space.
  • Full-Cycle Sales : Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to final deal closure, ensuring alignment with business growth targets.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to position our product competitively.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience : 2-4 years of proven success in B2B sales or partnership management within the BFSI sector, especially focusing on personal loans.
  • Track Record : Demonstrable experience in building, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships.
  • Industry Expertise : A deep understanding of the personal lending landscape with an established network in the lending industry.
  • Strong Communication : Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Starter : A driven and motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development.
