Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple product teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
  • Oversee the development and implementation of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
  • Develop and implement product strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve business objectives and compliance standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure projects meet business goals and user needs
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of product management processes, tools, and practices
  • Support the testing and launch of new products and features
  • Conduct regular market research and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions
  • Manage and optimize product budgets and resources


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a product management role
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing product roadmaps and strategies
  • Extensive experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
  • Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Aha, or similar
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead strategic initiatives
