Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Job Title: Performance Marketing ManagerLocation: Bangalore, IndiaJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon and Flipkart search/display marketing, including DSP operations. The ideal candidate will lead marketplace ad operations, work closely with e-commerce clients and agencies, and provide strategic insights to drive performance efficiency. The role also involves tracking ROAS, managing media performance reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Ads Operations:Lead and manage ads operations for ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.Execute media plans with e-commerce customers, agencies, and in-house teams.Provide key strategic inputs to optimize performance and drive efficiency.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for media budgets.Publish and present detailed reports on media performance across portals.Internal Coordination:Collaborate with internal support functions to streamline media planning and execution.Work with various stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.Qualifications:Graduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart marketing (Search/DSP/Display).Proven experience in running marketplace ads operations and collaborating with ecommerce clients.Skills & Competencies:Functional Skills:Amazon/Flipkart Search & Display AdvertisingAMS Search, Display, DSPFlipkart PLA/PCAE-commerce MerchandisingMedia Planning & ExecutionStrong organizational and planning skills.Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations.Leadership & Soft Skills:Ability to influence and manage both external and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinking with a focus on opportunity seeking.Strong team leadership and coordination capabilities.
