Role Overview

Infinitesol is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Executive who can step in and deliver results from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be directly responsible for generating new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and pipeline building, while also guiding and growing a sales and marketing team. Youll work closely with senior leadership to expand our reach in cybersecurity and managed IT services, close enterprise-level deals, and shape long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and deal progression.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Lead high-value client engagements from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on market trends and sales performance.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales and business development, preferably in IT or cybersecurity services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
  • Track record of building and leading sales/marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and enterprise clients.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
