Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a Head of Technology to join our team and elevate our product to new heights. As a key management professional, you will shape our technological direction and turn our innovative visions into reality. The person should be hands on with coding and should own the Technical development and should be ready to don a hat of a full stack developer.

What You Will Own (Skills):

- Product Development: Partner with the founders to shape the product roadmap and lead the coding & development of features aligned with it.

- Technical Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation and a collaborative culture.

- Technology Architecture: Oversee the selection, management, and optimization of the technology stack, tools, and platforms used to build and deploy our products.

- Tech Stack: NodeJS, React JS

- Quality Assurance: Ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintain the highest levels of quality, security, and performance.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a startup or product company.

- Hands-on experience with software development, architecture design, and cloud technologies.

- Product mindset to business and technology development that emphasizes the creation and continuous improvement of products to meet customer needs and drive business value

- Team management experience and the ability to work on ambiguous projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
