We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for Information Technology positions in the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.


Responsibilities:


  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for entire Recruitment lifecycle for US region right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
  • Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position through Job portals such as Naukri, Dice, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, , head Hunting, etc. and able to work under pressure and high-volume environment quotas.
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closing on candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination.
  • Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data.
  • Proven ability to successfully identify and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through , resume reviews, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates who meet those needs.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry, with a focus on niche technical roles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for US staffing Market.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment.
  • Experience working on MSP/VMS model.
  • Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and social media.
  • Exceptional oral & written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
  • Should have strong experience working on W2, Contract and Contract to hire positions.
  • Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation.
  • Should have the ability to meet deadlines, deliver results and handle pressure.
  • Excellent client interfacing skills, communication skills Organised, disciplined and productive
  • Comfortable to work in US/Rotational/Night shift(Mandatory)
