**This position is for our Dubai office and is an in-house, full-time position. Only candidates with agency experience will be considered. Should be proficient in English and Arabic**


We are looking for someone who is fiercely curious and excited by working out how to do things differently, a quality-driven, multi-account juggling Senior Account Executive who has worked on GCC regions to join our team.

You will have a strategic role in account management that will primarily involve building client relationships, developing new business, driving account strategy & planning, digital marketing strategy, and team leadership and development.

Eventually, you should be able to contribute to business growth through revenue generation, and creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.


Required skills:

  • Leading Regional/Local accounts and building strategy to grow their Business
  • Assist in preparing decks and presentations for new pitches, new business leads
  • Coordination with clients and ensuring all timelines are met and deliverables as per the scope of work are achieved as per the company’s commitment
  • Working with other team members to provide support
  • Ensuring total client satisfaction with regular client reviews
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
  • Up-selling and cross-selling consulting services within the client business
  • Proactive thinking
  • Create idea briefs by integrating research, account insights, and marketing expertise.
  • Brief creative teams in a simple, concise, yet inspiring manner, ensuring, at all times, that they are fully aware of the client’s requirements
  • Critique creative work and provide evidence-based opinions
  • Approaching potential clients through new leads & other means
  • Detailing pricing and negotiating costs when necessary
  • Generating revenue & profit targets as defined for accounts
  • Respect and follow our company culture – be honest, open, responsive, and team-oriented, and take complete ownership of the task at hand
  • Identify opportunities to improve agency processes and optimise profitability
  • Has worked on various verticals including digital, social media, video production, influencer marketing, SEO, tech, website landing pages etc.


Proven ability:

  • Experience of 3+ years in the Advertising Industry in the GCC region (only candidates with agency experience will be considered)
  • Planning, Creative and Project, Time Management
  • Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with the skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal and organisational skills
  • An integral part of Business Planning and other duties as the Company may reasonably specify from time to time


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Fields
  • Previous Media Agency experience is a must
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital and social media marketing industry.
