Role - L1 Support

What you’ll do for us

· Daily RoutineHardware procurement and asset managementUpdating the asset management tool once material receivedCreating the report of assets in store and procurementWindows and MacOS troubleshootingProviding onsite and remote supportUser hardware/software/peripheral supportLAN & Network troubleshooting and supportCreating and maintaining documentation

What you’ll have

· Basic Qualifications2+ years’ experience in asset management2+ years’ hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment.2+ years' experience supporting Windows 10Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.Experience supporting one or more of: Mac OS X or Linux.Experience in Intune, Google workspace and M365, Active directory.Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in Asset and Stock ManagementExperience in onsite AV break/fixEnterprise support experience with Mac or Linux system support & troubleshootingAdvanced application support experience including support for Microsoft OfficeExperience supporting Windows 10Networking & Telecom skillsKnowledge in Microsoft excel is a plus.
