Job Description: Deputy Brand Manager (RummyCircle)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Brand Manager to join
RummyCircle’s brand team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong
analytical mindset, an eye for design, and a creative flair. As a Deputy Brand Manager,
you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy, ensuring our ads
resonate with our target audience and we elevate our brand presence in the competitive
gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive Digital campaigns and Influencer marketing
campaigns that align with the company's goals and vision, driving brand
awareness, and market share within the real money gaming sector.
● Work to create powerful assets that drive & boost performance marketing and
enhance the company's overall business metrics.
● Utilize data-driven insights to monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and
competitive landscape to refine brand strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
● Create and oversee captivating marketing campaigns that integrate various media
channels, including TV, digital, social media.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design and comms
across all brand touchpoints.
● Have a keen understanding of design principles to guide the creation of visually
appealing and impactful marketing assets.
● Lead brand-building initiatives working closely with other brand team members.
● Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content that resonates
with our target audience and effectively communicates the brand's essence.
● Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, with the ability to make
data-driven adjustments to optimize results and ROI.
● Foster strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors to
maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
● Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency
in all brand-related materials.
● Stay current with gaming industry trends, technological advancements, and
consumer preferences for RummyCircle to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
● Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced degree from a
minimum Tier II college.
● Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, with a focus on
the gaming or consumer tech industries.
● Proven track record of successful brand management and execution of brand
marketing campaigns.
● Experience working on campaigns involving celebrities, influencers, or high-profile
partnerships.
● Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and refine
marketing strategies.
● Has a good understanding of the world of performance marketing and knows how
to quickly produce assets to meet dynamic business needs.
● Exceptional creative thinking and design sensibilities to ensure consistent and
compelling brand messaging.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey
brand concepts and collaborate across teams.
● Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and
maintain a problem-solving attitude.
● Highly organized, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
● Humble and hungry-to-learn mindset, eager to contribute to a dynamic team and
grow within the gaming industry.
