Role & responsibilities

  • On-Ground Sales Representative (SR):
  • Relevant GT sales experience (FMCG Packaged Food):
  • Shall be well-versed in local as well as English/Hindi language

Skills Required:

  • a. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with retailers and distributors
  • Sales execution skills including push strategy, up-selling, cross-selling, order taking
  • Basic technical proficiency in data recording in Forms/MS excel and SFA application usage Key Responsibilities:
  • Have complete knowledge of product portfolio
  • Go for sale visits (beats), take orders, and maintain accurate records
  • Explain the retailers about the products, its features, and benefits
  • Meet/exceed sales target and maintain retailer relations
  • Visit and onboard new outlets
  • Collect feedback from customers/outlets and share with SO, ASM and other relevant stakeholders
  • Manage retailer payments collection (as required)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferred qualification: 12th Pass or higher
  • Minimum 1to 3 years Experience in working in the assigned locality in Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore market is a must
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
