To further expand this business area, we are looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist Your responsibilities Conducting efficient application screening using modern analysis tools Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for Finance, IT, or Healthcare positions Utilizing AI-powered active sourcing via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and our referral portal Identifying suitable job opportunities Maintaining and building long-term relationships with your candidate pool Participating in exciting projects focused on state-of-the-art recruiting solutions Requirements Completed HR professional certification or a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or IT Extensive experience in in-house recruiting, at a staffing agency, or in line management with recruitment responsibility Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques; experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho Analytics is a significant advantage Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions Excellent communication and networking skills; an existing network in the finance, IT, or healthcare sectors is a plus Fluent in German and English Proactive, independent individual with a drive to make a difference Benefits Flexible work arrangements: Tailor your work to your life.
