The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, optimizing the candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also assist in implementing best hiring practices and maintaining recruitment metrics.QualificationsExpertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies - Non IT RolesProficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniquesKnowledge and experience in Employer Branding initiativesStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to establish effective relationships with stakeholders and candidatesUnderstanding of recruitment analytics and metrics is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage
