About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager End Compute to lead our end-user computing product portfolio. The candidate will play a critical role in driving product strategy, managing OEMs relationships, supporting sales enablement, and ensuring our offerings align with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the End Compute product line (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Thin Clients, Monitors and Accessories).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective product strategies and pricing models.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with leading OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
  • Lead go-to-market planning, including product positioning, promotions, and launch strategies.
  • Provide presales support for solution positioning, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Train and enable the sales team with product knowledge, sales kits, and solution presentations.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management from introduction to phase-out.
  • Work closely with marketing team to create product campaigns, collaterals, and digital assets.
  • Forecast product demand, monitor performance, and optimize profitability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in end-user computing and recommend innovations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in IT/Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, pre-sales, or business development in IT Infrastructure solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-user computing devices and IT hardware ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in managing OEMs/vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
