We are currently hiring for Trainee / Advisor / Senior Advisor - Claims Handler for Mumbai (Vikhroli) :-
Primary Role and Responsibilities: -
Trainee:-
Processing of Client figures into our system in line with specified key performance indicators and contractual conditionsAcknowledge and action client’s instructions in a timely manner and communicate pertinent information as necessaryWhere applicable, ensure prompt chasing of accounts / claims due from clients or notify Account Manager (AM) / Client Service Advocate (CSA) to do the sameEnsure the workflow system is kept up to date with correct dates and appropriate commentsUnderstand the client’s business and their requirements (operational and other)Receive and manage assigned clients cash calls instructions in a timely fashion to agree with the marketIs aware of unpaid items and status of collection for regular update and discussion with Clients and ensures problems are escalated to managementEngage with Bureau markets for agreement and Xchanging offices for agreement / signing of accountsAdheres to standard internal processes, policies and procedures, and other external regulatory requirementsCompliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organisational policies and Willis Re best practice and professional codesEnsure internal, client and market correspondence are stored on E-filing and necessary documents attached to processing system
Knowledge:Working knowledge of Computers (Technological efficient)2 + years of Relevant Insurance / Reinsurance industry experience would be beneficial into Claims for General Insurance.Freshers passed out from 2023-2024 year can apply.
Skills:Business Communication – Written & VerbalAnalytical skills (including but not limited to - Eye for detail, Interpretation of documents)Basic MS Office Skills (especially, Excel and Word)
Qualification: -Any Graduate (Commerce - Preferred).Candidates with MBA and Finance qualifications please don't apply.
